About

Patrick is the COO | CIO | CTO of Creative Collaboration Consultants, LLC and is a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, Tier I for MAXIMUS Federal, registering customers for health insurance within their state and local marketplace. As a member of the Healthcare Task Force, he provided side by side coaching with co-workers to assist in improving their quality, adherence, and consumer call ratings.

He began his career in Information Technologies, holding various positions. Patrick has held positions as a Computer Hardware Technician, Systems Engineer, Data Manager, Project Manager, IT Field Technician, and Information Technology Specialist. He has led large-scale client virtualization, setting up an environment for remote virtual servers and workstations using VMWare. He has also created mesh wi-fi network implementation for hotel companies.

Patrick completed his Associate in Science at Troy University, concentrating in Psychology, making the Dean’s List in December 2008. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating in Psychology, Computer Science, and Leadership Development in July 2020.

Working in information technologies and medical-related customer service, Patrick has always worked in customer service-related careers, valuing helping the individual solve their problems and improve their processes. His fascination with psychology helps create a smooth and calming process for the customer.

Patrick has received the Spot Award at his employment in December 2017 and January 2018, as result of a near perfect quality rating for calls and schedule adherence and no missed attendance. He received the Growing Up with Small Business Award from Cisco Systems, Inc. in December 2004. He is certified in CompTia A+, Network+, Security+, Mental Health First Aid, and as a Peer Specialist.
